Healing from domestic violence or sexual assault takes time, and the path forward often involves complex systems—from courts to counseling. Our advocacy and healing services provide professional support, community connection, and practical assistance as you work toward recovery and justice. Whether you need someone to walk beside you through legal proceedings, a therapist to help process trauma, or a community of survivors who understand your experience, we’re here to support every step of your healing journey.

Professional support tailored to your unique needs.
We work with licensed therapists to facilitate individual support. In addition, NEWS trained advocates provide confidential, trauma-informed counseling to help you process your experiences, develop coping strategies, and work toward healing. Whether you’re in crisis or ready to focus on long-term recovery, we meet you where you are in your journey.
All counseling services are free, confidential, and available to survivors of all ages.

Healing happens in community. Our support groups provide a safe space to share experiences, learn coping strategies, and build connections with other survivors. Adult groups are facilitated by licensed therapists, while youth groups are led by our trained advocates using evidence-based curricula.
All groups are free, confidential, and welcoming to people of all backgrounds. Childcare and transportation assistance may be available. Group schedules and enrollment vary throughout the year based on community needs.
